Project “Do you want to become a Wonderseeker?”
Data controller. Zefirofiu S.r.l.s., Via Montenegro 19, int. 9, 70121 Bari, Italy – VAT no. 08694530729. Contact: cercatoridellincanto@gmail.com · info@zefirofiu.it · PEC zefirofiu@pec.it.
Data we process. Email, full name, the video you submit (which may contain your image, your voice and the place filmed), and the date and time of submission and acceptance. For minors we also process the minor’s full name, the parent/guardian’s email and the release signed by the parent/guardian (which may contain their identification data, date and place of birth, contact details and signature).
Why and legal basis. We collect data to receive and validate your video and, if validated, publish it on any medium, including public online platforms (for example YouTube, the website and the project’s social media), for cultural, artistic, promotional and educational purposes, on a non-profit basis. We also keep proof of the consent received. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Minors. Consent to the processing of data and to the publication of a minor’s video is given by the person holding parental responsibility, through the signed release. Publication takes place only after the release has been checked.
Publication. Videos published online are public: anyone can view, share and download them, and search engines may index them. Removing a video from the project’s channels does not delete copies already saved or shared by third parties.
Who receives the data. Google (Google Forms and Drive for collection) and the platforms on which the project publishes content (for example YouTube and social media); technical and communication providers acting on our behalf. Some of these may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long. Published videos stay online until removal is requested or the project ends. Form data, proof of consent and signed releases are kept for as long as the video remains published and for the time needed for project reporting and the defence of legal claims.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out), by writing to cercatoridellincanto@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
